La Estacion in Las Croabas, near Fajardo is terriffic Nyorican food. Everything is cooked over a charcoal grill and the Bar looks out over a large outdoor deck. Pork ribs are a specialty, but they do burgers and smaller stuff too. The owners are former New Yorkers
It's probably about 45 minutes from Humacao by car but well worth it

- La Estacion is a restaurant/bar just past the Hotel El Conquistador in Northeast Puerto Rico. It lies at the entrance of the Fajardo "barrio" called Las Croabas, traditionally known for it's seafood and access to the bioluminescent bay. Open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday at 5pm. www.laestacionpr.com
